The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2026 Winter Highway Conference at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, WI. We are looking forward to seeing you there! You can use this page to register for a booth, or for a conference registration as an Associate or Non-Member.

Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by December 19, 2025. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
We have room blocks at hotels close to or adjoining the La Crosse Center, all at the prevailing government per diem rate. Please click on the link below to see details for each hotel offered. Please note that the hotel cut off date varies per hotel during the week of December 16th, 2025.

Host Your Own Event After the Program!
We are not offering hospitality suites this year. La Crosse is full of great spots to host your own event after the program ends! Please see below for recommended locations throughout the city for hosting.
Waterfront Restaurant - Located directly behind the La Crosse Center along the Mississippi River. They have a private room that includes a bar for groups.

Osteria Emilia - Brand new restaurant located one block south of the La Crosse Center. The restaurant is located inside the historic Pioneer Foundry Building. It's was established as a "Red Sauce Supper Club".

Freighthouse Restaurant - Located 2.5 blocks north of the La Crosse Center. The restaurant originally was a freight house and office building for the Milwaukee Railroad. It offers a couple of different options for group dining.

The Hatchery - Located 3 blocks north of the La Crosse Center in Riverside Park, where the Mississippi, Black, and La Crosse Rivers converge. This is a newer venue in a historic building. They have a list of preferred caterers to choose from.

La Crosse Distilling Company - Located 2 blocks north of the La Crosse Center. The distillery produces vodka, gin, whiskey, and seasonal spirits. They offer space for groups and private events.

The Radisson Hotel also has private spaces for groups.
