The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2026 Summer Highway Conference at the Kalahari in the Wisconsin Dells. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Registration Deadline: May 27, 2026.
All attendees, including spouse/guests, are required to be registered to participate in any function of the conference. Name badges will be issued and must be worn to attend all functions, including conference areas, social areas, and events. Individuals not registered for the conference will not be admitted and/or asked to leave any event area. If you are not wearing your name badge, it will be assumed that you have not registered for the conference.
Registrants MUST be signed in with active memberships to receive member pricing. Please email info@wiscohwy.org if you have trouble accessing your account.
Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by May 27, 2026. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

TRAPPERS TURN GOLF OUTING
Thanks to our change in courses this year, we have more opportunities than ever to golf! Spend an afternoon working with other WCHA members and Associate Members...time to see old friends and make some new ones!
Schedule:
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Shuttle Service from Kalahari Resort
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Golfer Registration and Lunch (Clubhouse)
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Golf
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Golf Awards and Raffle (Clubhouse)
Format: 4 person "Scramble" teams (maximum 54 teams or 216 golfers)
All golfers must have a Summer Highway Conference registration.

HOTEL INFORMATION
We have a room block at the Kalahari at the per diem rate of $101/night. Room reservations include access to the waterparks on site. The room block closes on May 8, 2026.
