The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2026 Summer Highway Conference at the Kalahari in the Wisconsin Dells. We are looking forward to seeing you there! You can use this page to register for a booth, or for a conference registration as an Associate or Non-Member.

Registrants MUST be signed in with active memberships to receive member pricing. Please email info@wiscohwy.org if you have trouble accessing your account.

Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by May 27, 2026. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

We have a room block at the Kalahari at the per diem rate of $101/night. Room reservations include access to the waterparks on site. The block is available until May 8, 2026.

HOSPITALITY SUITES

There are hospitality suites available at this event! Please use the following link to book your space for the evenings of Monday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9.

Outside food and beverages can be brought in to these suites. You may also purchase food through the Kalahari by reaching out to Kortnee Carroll at 608.254.5530 or kocarroll@kalahariresorts.com. Any additional questions regarding the hospitality suites can be directed to Kortnee as well.
