Spend an afternoon working with other WCHA members and Associate Members...time to see old friends and make some new ones!

Schedule:

11:00 AM - Shuttle Service from Oneida Hotel & Conference Center (Hotel Lobby - Front Entrance) to golf course

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Hole Sponsor Set Up

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM - Golfer Registration and Box Lunch (Clubhouse)

11:30 AM - 4:30 PM - Golf

5:00 PM - Shuttle Service from golf course to the Oneida Hotel & Conference Center

Format: 4 person "Scramble" teams

Lunch: Golf fee includes box lunch served at the golf course from 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM and two beverage tickets

All golfers must have a LDG Highway Conference registration.

Hole Sponsorships: Hole sponsorships are available for $500 (including a reserved tee box, sign, cart, and two box lunches).

Hole sponsors are responsible for bringing any supplies needed at the hole, including tables, chairs, and tents.

Golf registration must be received by October 2, 2026.
