The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2025 Summer Highway Conference in Wisconsin Dells, at the Chula Vista Resort.

Registration Deadline: May 23, 2025

All attendees and spouse/guests will be required to be registered to participate in any function of the conference. Name badges will be issued and must be worn to attend all functions, including conference areas, social areas, and events. If you are not wearing your name badge, it will be assumed you have not registered for the conference.

Registrants MUST be signed in with active memberships to receive member pricing. Please email info@wiscohwy.org if you have trouble accessing your account.

Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by May 16, 2025. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:

The WCHA appreciates the continued support from our Associate Members. The WCHA invites our Associate Members to sponsor events throughout the conference. Event sponsorships can be added on within this registration, but do NOT include registration to the event.  Event Sponsorship opportunities include: 

Group Welcome (Monday 4:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.) - $425 per sponsorship

Tuesday Breakfast  ( 6:30 A.M. – 8:00 A.M.) - $465 per sponsorship

Tuesday Lunch (11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.) - $465 per sponsorship

Tuesday Lunch for Golfers (10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.) - $465 per sponsorship

Dells Duck Tour for non-golfers (Tuesday 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.) - $500 per sponsorship

Breaks (Monday Afternoon, Wednesday Morning) - $310 per sponsorship

Golf Hole Sponsorship:

Associate Member - $425.00 per hole

Non-Associate Member - $620.00 per hole.

Sponsorship recognition signs will be provided with sponsorship. Information is available to coordinate with the Chula Vista for supplies and beverages at the hole.

**Included with the booth fee is one conference registration, pipe and drape, 1 table, two chairs, and one - 110 V circuit.

Note: 44 Exhibit Hall booths are available! All people working the booth areas must be registered for the conference. You may add on additional booth attendants at the attendee rates in this registration form by selecting "Add Guest" while registering.

Exhibit Hall Information:

The indoor display areas are in the Main Conference Center Area - Rooms A thru I. The Exhibit Area will be ready for set-up between 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 2. The exhibit area will open by 3:00 P.M. on Monday, June 2. Exhibits will be open until 8:15 A.M. Wednesday, June 4.

ShapeShapeHOSPITALITY ROOM RESERVATIONS:

All hospitality condos and fees are to be reserved and paid directly to the Chula Vista Resort. Reservations are to be made with Renata Prellwitz at 608-254-1625 or email renata@chulavistaresort.com. All hospitality condos are required to be reserved for a minimum of two nights (Monday 6/2/25 and Tuesday 6/3/25). A minimum of two-night charges will apply for all hospitality condos. Chula Vista will quote you directly on their terms and fee structures.

The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee will be assigning all condo room locations within the designated hospitality block area approximately two to three weeks prior to the conference.

Event Coordinator Renata Prellwitz will arrange and quote your firm for all other services provided within the hospitality condos.

As the Chula Vista allows the WCHA corporate hospitality condos to bring in their own refreshments, WCHA is strongly suggesting each hospitality condo order at least one perishable hors d’oeuvre per evening from the Chula Vista. By showing this good faith effort to Chula Vista, will hopefully continue the relaxed policy on bringing in your own refreshments.

Firms reserving hospitality condos must be a current WCHA Associate Member. Hospitality condos require a minimum of three attendee registrations. Attendance at the conference functions require registration. Many of the conference sessions will be beneficial to you and your staff and conference registration is a prerequisite to attending. Registrants will be issued nametags, which are required for admittance to all functions.

Note: All hospitality condos must be reserved by 3 P.M. on 5/16/25.


HOTEL INFORMATION 

The room rates for the conference are $99.00, or $169.00, or $289.00 per night. Hotel room reservation deadline date is May 11, 2025. Please contact the reservation department at (855) 830-4730 for reservations. The Booking ID number is K48904. The room block is listed under WCHA (Wisconsin County Highway Association). You must call in to get the group rate. The group rates are not available by booking online.

When booking your reservations at Chula Vista Resort, should you or your attendees be tax exempt, please make sure to send your tax-exempt certificate copies to Renata Prellwitz from the Group Sales Office. She can be reached via email at renata@chulavistaresort.com. Please attach your confirmation number to your certificate to ensure your check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently. Please send your tax-exempt certificates prior to your arrival.
