The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2025 Winter Highway Conference in Wisconsin Dells, at the Chula Vista Resort. Monday, January 13:

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Exhibit Area Setup 
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Conference Break and Group Welcome in Exhibit Area 

Tuesday, January 14:

  • 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM -  Breakfast 
  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Break 
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM  - Lunch  
  • 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM - Pre-Auction Social Hour 

Wednesday, January 15:

  • 6:45 AM – 8:15 AM - Breakfast

Note: 57 Exhibit Hall booths are available! All people working the booth areas must be registered for the conference. A booth ticket includes one registration to the conference. You may add on additional booth attendants at the attendee rates in this registration form by selecting "Add Guest" while registering. 

Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by December 20, 2024. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

Exhibit Hall Information:

The Exhibit Area is located in the Main Conference Center Area - Rooms A thru I. See list below for the fee structure(s) for the Exhibit Area. The Exhibit Area will be ready for set-up between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday, January 13, 2025.

SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:

The WCHA appreciates the continued support from our Associate Members. The WCHA invites our Associate Members to sponsor events throughout the conference. Event sponsorships can be added on within this registration, but do NOT include registration to the event.  Event Sponsorship opportunities include: 

Group Welcome Sponsorship: (Monday 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM) 

  • $425.00 per Sponsorship 
  • Cheese and Sausage Trays, Snacks, and Beverages in the Exhibit Area
Tuesday Breakfast: (6:30 AM – 8:30 AM)

ShapeShapeHOSPITALITY ROOM RESERVATIONS:

All hospitality condos and fees are to be reserved and paid directly to the Chula Vista Resort. Reservations are to be made with Renata Prellwitz at 608-254-1625 or email renata@chulavistaresort.com. All hospitality condos are required to be reserved for a minimum of two nights (Monday 1/13/25 and Tuesday 1/14/25). A minimum of two-night charges will apply for all hospitality condos. Chula Vista will quote you directly on their terms and fee structures.  

The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee will be assigning all condo room locations within the designated hospitality block area approximately two to three weeks prior to the conference. Event Coordinator Renata Prellwitz will arrange and quote your firm for all other provided services within the hospitality condos. 

As the Chula Vista allows the WCHA corporate hospitality condos to bring in their own refreshments, WCHA is strongly suggesting each hospitality condo order at least one perishable hors d’oeuvre per evening from the Chula Vista. By showing this good faith effort to Chula Vista, will hopefully continue the relaxed policy on bringing in your own refreshments. For corporate hospitality condos purchasing food or beverage from the Chula Vista Resort, tables and chairs will be provided at no additional charge. As a precautionary measure, you may consider all perishable hors d’oeuvres to be supplied by the Chula Vista Resort.  

Firms reserving hospitality condos must be a current WCHA Associate Member. Hospitality condos require a minimum of three attendee registrations. Attendance at the conference functions require registration. Many of the conference sessions will be beneficial to you and your staff and conference registration is a prerequisite to attending. Registrants will be issued nametags, which are required for admittance to all functions. 

Note: All hospitality condos must be reserved by 12/13/2024.
