Associate Member Conference Registration - Early Bird – $295.00
Conference Registration Only - does not include booth.
INDOOR - Associate Member Single 8x10 Booth - Early Bird – $1,045.00
Members must be logged in to receive member pricing. This ticket includes one 8x10' booth, 1 conference registration, pipe & drape, one table, two chairs, and one 110V circuit (if indicated within registration).

The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2026 LDG Conference in Green Bay, WI at Oneida Hotel & Conference Center. We are looking forward to seeing you there! You can use this page to register for a booth, or for a conference registration as an Associate or Non-Member.

Registrants MUST be signed in with active memberships to receive member pricing. Please email info@wiscohwy.org if you have trouble accessing your account.

Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by October 2, 2026. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

We have a room block at Oneida starting at the per diem rate of $101/night. The block is available until September 21, 2026.

Reservations for the Event can also be made by individual attendees directly with Hotel’s reservation department (Call 800-238-4263 or the hotel direct at 920-494-7300). In order to receive the group rate, your attendees must ask for a room in the Annual LDG Highway Conference room block.
