2025 WCHA Spring Commissioner's Training
Osthoff Resort – Elkhart Lake, WI
April 8-9, 2025
The training will begin on Tuesday, April 8 at 12:00 pm and end on Wednesday, April 9, 2024, at 12:00.
Registration: Online registration is on the WCHA website at: www.wiscohwy.org.
The deadline for registering for this training is March 28, 2025.
Cost: $125 (includes Tuesday Social and Wednesday Morning Breakfast)
Location: Osthoff Resort, 101 Osthoff Avenue, Elkhart Lake, WI 53020
Hotel Room Information: Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling 1-800-876-3399 by March 12, 2025. You must identify themselves as being a member of the Wisconsin County Highway Association Group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit. Individual guests must present their own proof of tax-exempt status, or they will be subject to applicable state and local taxes (Currently 12.5%).
*Single occupancy rate ($98) will be the prevailing State of Wisconsin per diem in effect at the time of arrival. Double occupancy ($159) rates apply when sharing accommodation with a spouse/guest or a second meeting attendee. All government attendees must show “their individual” Travel Orders/Letter, personal Government ID, or State Employee ID (teacher ID etc.) to be given the prevailing state rate. If a guest is unable to show any form of documentation, then the contract rate of $159 would apply.
Guests will also need to show proof of tax exempt with an S211 Form if they are to be considered tax exempt.
